Research interests

My research interests are primarily in the area of neuro-linguistics. In my previous studies I investigated how semantic tasks influence word recognition. My current projects are devoted to the brain mechanisms of word production with focus on the stages of semantic retrieval. By employing magnetoencephalography (MEG) with its excellent temporal and spatial resolution, we are capable of localizing the development of  linguistic processes in the brain in time and space.
